1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
3. Changes to Bookings
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, subject to availability. Changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Tour Conditions
Tours may be subject to weather conditions and other factors beyond our control. In the event of tour cancellation by the operator, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened tour experiences without refund. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides.
6. Health and Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements at the time of booking. Some tours may not be suitable for guests with certain health conditions.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in tours is at your own risk. We recommend appropriate travel insurance.
8. Privacy
Your personal information will be used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the tour services.
